預訂飯店折扣出口表現亮麗，主計總處今( 31 )日公布第3季國民所得概估統計，經濟成長率較去( 2016 )年同季大幅成長 3.11% ，比8月的預測數大增 1.22 個百分點。除出口大幅成長 17.52% ，來台旅客數在連跌4季後首度轉正，也挹注經濟成長動能。主計總處初估，全年經濟成長率可望提升至 2.42% 。
主計總處公布最新經濟成長率預測，第3季經濟成長率達 3.11% ，創 10 季以來新高，較8月預估值大幅上修 1.22 個百分點，較上季成長 1.81% 。主計總處專門委員黃偉傑指出，上修第3季經濟成長的主因為出口以及消費均優於原先預期。
其中，受惠於全球經濟復甦以及旺季效應，第3季各項消費性電子產品拉貨湧現，加上去年颱風干擾以及中秋連假基期偏低影響，第3季依美元計價商品出口擴增 17.52% ，其中占比最高之電子零組件續增 14.99% ，其餘品項也多呈兩位數增長。
除出口表現亮麗，第3季來台旅客數成長 3.14% ，為連續4季縮減後首度轉為正成長。其中，大陸來台旅客持續減少 6.7% 、日本減少 2.3% ，至於新南向 18 國來台旅客數則增加 26.04% 。
黃偉傑認為，當前國內經濟穩定成長，分析前3季統計資料以及第4季預測數，今年全年經濟成長率可望提升 0.31 個百分點至 2.42% 。
